Trincao did not have his chance to prove himself honestly. As sub he has improved compared to the beginning of the season, and started to play a bit more consistently and confidently though unlucky that his strong strikes have been denied for one reason or another. I think if we get a good deal for him then sell, otherwise another year with more chances and hopefully a new manager

Agree with you. That is also problem. It seems Barca has no place for him and if Roma wants him then should let him go.

Current Pedro is 100 years old. He is light years away Pedro at his peak. Pedro was lightning quick, had decent technigue(you can't play in THAT Barcelona being bad technically) and had a knack of scoring goals. Trincao has none of these qualities. Another pointless transfer by Ratomeu.

Also, Pedro is up there for most two-footed players of all time. His weaker foot was better than Trincaos natural foot.

For me, Trincao seems a pointless player. What are his qualities? How he can be described as a player? After one season, you really can't teel what kind of player he is. In any case, he's not up to be a Barca player. He is good enough for lower La Liga teams, that is all.

Trincao has good tenchnique and great dribbling ability.

He has a good dribble and technique. Also think with development he will end up as one of the better finishers we have seen at Barca in past seasons. So far most of his attempts at goal seemed with a good precision. Doesn't blast them wide.

Definitely more potential than Dembele as a goal scorer
