Didn't move in the end.

We still reserve 25m buyback option.

Question is, should we activate it come Summer?

Can play across the forward line, though not particularly great on the left where is our major deficiency.

But I a player like this would cost us 50/60m+ without this clause.

If this is Madrid, he (and Nico) would be 100% brought back and played before sticking around or re-sold for a proflt.

We are discussing for days about having some rotational relief for Lamine, meanwhile we got this cat on a low buyback who can play RW, AMC and LW.

Portuguese players don't work for us, unless they have some Brazilian blood in em.

Best to take what we got from the sell on.

Apparently we've made 65m from selling fringe players and those with sell on clauses.

If true, he would add another 20m to that.

We need someone with pace to sub yamal.

Always been a fan and think he has improved a lot under Amorim. Would like to see him get another chance here. Very unlikely though imo.

If we can sell Ferran for 30m (c'mon Cesc) and get back Trincao who would probably be on lower wages then probably worth considering but we'll probably just take the money when he's sold. His contract is up in 2026 so Sporting will either need to renew or sell. Hopefully won't just let him run down his contract, that would be the worst option not only for them but for Barca as well.

You had me at ferran, I would agree with this if we get someone like David on a free to rotate with lewa.

But if not, Torres fills more gaps in our front like TBF

I think considering he left a kid and is now close to his prime, that 25m is cracking value.

Different player completely. Think Bruyne before and after.

25m transfer fee outlay for Tah, David and Trincao gives the squad a ton of depth for pennies.

The key to all that would be David.

Do you think trincao wants to ride the bench at this point in his career?.
