One underestimated aspect about youngsters getting playing time next season is that the number of substitutions allowed a match should return back to 3 instead of 5. Right now we can see almost every promising player getting some time on the pitch. Opportunities will be far more limited next season.

That's very true. I'm hoping that they keep 5 for next season though as I don't think many team will be able to get a decent pre-season before the 20/21 season starts.
