England been the better team. But to be fair, you can see some of the raw skill that the Spanish kids possess, it's just that at this age physical development plays a huge role, and you can see England power past them; their goals were all very basic and simple. You can see why they are dominating the youth competitions but still fail to show up at the senior levels where the physical attributes are evened out.

It's far too soon to make making arguments like that. This is the first year we've ever dominated youth tournaments, and you can see that this group is technically well ahead of what we've had before. U17 Euro finalists, U17 World Cup winners, U18-20 Toulon Tournament winners, U19 Euro winners, U20 World Cup winners and U21 semi finalists - this is the most successful year England youth teams have ever had by miles.

England should focus on getting the right coache to guide this bunch of players into senior success; it's always going to be hard to compete against the raw talent that comes out of south america and some of the big boys in Europe, so they should really look to capitalize.

Yes but you were saying that England were physical. In fact, from what I watched, England were very very weak physically. However they were extraordinarily smart in terms of angles and vision and position and class and avoding the 50-50 duels (and indeed, the brutal muscular Spaniards were very clinical and superior in the 50-50 duels but their inferior intelligence and mind was surely put to the sword with class and decency from the classy English team).

The deciding factor will probably be how many of them actually get any opportunities at their club teams. It was a shame that Dortmund recalled Sancho and didn't even put him in their squad this week, but in the long run it will probably be the correct decision for him to leave City.
