Monaco scored during the first leg because they know how to play the counter. Because Martial and Carrasaco are immensely talented youth players on their way to successful careers, and because Berbatov is Berbatov. Kondobia being the best player of either mid field helped tremendously with forcing your players into "mistakes". His aggressiveness was key.

We didn't do either of those things today, which is why they had no chances.
