2014, 2015 and 2016: Pep is Bayern's coach, knocked out in the semis by Real, Barcelona and Atlético

2017: Pep coaches City; City is knocked out by another Spanish club and Bayern wins UCL :D

Bayern knocked out by the spanish third time in tree years. At least it wasnt a trashing this time, improvement. Bayern may rule bundesliga like they are kings, but once again they have been put down where they belong, by the spanish sides.

Atletico must be one of the most infuriating teams to play against, they're just a nightmare over two legs. Cynical defending and timewasting galore.

It feels a bit better to have been eliminated in the quarter finals knowing that the team that beat us is going to play the final. A bit.

Disagree, they've had by far the easiest knockout rounds of the 4 semi finalists, also it's only 1 game so it's even better for them

In reality the CL is who will beat who between Real, Barca, Bayern and Atleti for most part.

Barca came up against one good side and got eliminated. If Real win it they will have to beat that same side.

No it wont.

They more than deserved to beat Barca even though down to ten men for a large chunk of the tie.

They did what they needed to tonight.

Nothing like the Chelsea win.
It is exactly like Chelsea... With Real winning the CL campaign having done fuck all the whole season!

Make note of this: Real undecima is an even bigger fraud than Chelsea's CL campaign

I don't care at all if Atletico beat us and went to the final, they have to win the final or I don't care but thats just me

Since we're talking about final, you mean that lucky header wheras Madrid struggled to penetrate Atleti's bus thoughout the entire match?

Kind of pointless. Godin's goal was just as lucky, and Bale missed a ton of chances in the 90 minutes.

Even I have to admit Bayern was the better team by a really big margin tonight. They were eliminated but they were clearly the better team.

Often the best teams in the world don't win the CL. Like what happened to us several times.

So who's the favourite in the final? Atletico or City?

Bayern - Real is also a nice game for places 3-4. They could sort it out in Audi Cup or smth. :coffee:
