Their best players are taken from Spain and Germany(I mean they took 3 of our best players from '95 and they would have taken Samper also if it weren't for the fact that the kid loves the club) and they still couldn't beat us. :coffee:

Yeah pretty much.

Barca's youth system is the top of the world. You were always favourites.

I was excited because of how good a handful of out players are. Our defence was always going to let us down. (Bellarin's silly) lol - Barca and their defence youth ey!?!?

Surprised Ebwelle didn't start or only came on late in the match...Enguene & Rolon disappointed, for me...Apart from the one nice sliderule pass to Adama for the 2nd goal, he was careless in possession and made many bad decisions/turnovers

Defensively, it was not too dissimilar to how poor Eusebio's B team look, IMO...Quintilla was the lone bright spot as even Godswill made numerous errors...Tarin was involved in both Arsenal goals and the early penalty - I'm not impressed with him even if Arsenal are a good side

Should've had at least a couple of more penalties called in favor of Barcelona...Adama was tackled in the box in the first half hour and Toral was guilty of a pretty blatant hand ball to deflect a shot on goal near the half...Loads of chances for Barcelona that were squandered from Kaptoum, Adama & Munir but they were the 3 standout players...Adama, the MOTM as others have mentioned

Toral looked good for Arsenal, shame really...We could really use his skill set as either a holding mid or CM, for either the Juvenil A or B teams - very intelligent & skilled player

You really should stop being a dickhead, Messi10. You're just antagonizing people.

I'm glad to hear that Kaptoum did well, I'm still waiting for him to take that next step.

Arsenal fans. How can you be so excited over your youth team when you have not many English boys in it?..... That kid you nicked of Aston Villa looks good btw

I would prefer all our youngsters be English, but it's not about where they come from, more about their quality. It's always been like that for me.
I don't care if our GK is 4ft tall Somalian with 1 leg. If he's a class above everyone else, I like him, I want him there.

Not ideal, but that's life. I don't care where their from.

And plus we do have some good British youngsters in Crowley Akpom and Jebb.

Your two best players, Traore and Munir, aren't they from Mali and Morroco?

Dan Crowley is the guy we nicked from A.Villa.

The most exciting out of all of the youngsters, even though Zelalem gets talked about the most, I think Crowley is better. Well, football appears to come more naturally to him.

Gnabry and Crowley are the future.

Grimaldo's development has stalled a bit, even prior to his injury but it's true, he'd be in that squad had he not advanced so far up due to his stellar play
