Peru and Colombia are ahead of Argentina and they meet in the last game meaning both have to win. Argentina winning will get them ahead of any of those two and into a playoff spot or even a direct place if Brazil beat Chile and Colombia and Peru draw.

No. If they win they will go to play-offs. Because Colombia lost and they play against Peru. If Argentina wins Colombia and both Peru can't qualify together.
