Wait till Laporta and co try to pull the super league card again. If it does not go through it could backfire really bad.

Grim reading. Excerpts from an article in the Mirror.

La Liga supremo Tebas said of the comparison: “Real Madrid have made a commendable effort to ensure their losses aren’t the same as Barca, who take the trophy for losses.”
Another element is the player amortisation deals - the most recent accounts show the club are paying out €174million in instalments for previously completed deals, more than any other club in the world.
That ties into Barca spending significantly more in transfer fees - €960million - in gross terms than any other European club, and €159million more than Juventus, second on the list, and €202million more than Chelsea - the highest-ranking English club.

Crucially, this has been financed by bank loans and credit rather than the money naturally generated by the club itself and again they have the highest transfer debt in world football - standing at €323million in 2020, a jump from €64million two years earlier.

In another world high, Barca have the most short-term debt - defined as what must be paid back in the next 12 months - at a whopping €731million. Atletico Madrid are next on the list at €432million - showing the scale of what must be paid back.

Barca are desperate and are on the verge of a financial crisis which could easily lead to a sporting one - do not rule anything out.

My man bartomeu & all his "fans".

We had record revenues, without covid we would have been fine.

Let's do the maths between Dumbele Bigfoot and Cardioman

Coutinho
Transfer Fee 160m
Wages so far 21m a year
Total 223m

Griezmann
Transfer Fee 125m
Wages so far 30.8m a year
Total 217.4m

Dembele
Transfer 145m
Wages so far 11m a year
Total 178m

Final total = 618.4m Euros wasted on players who have contributed about as much as Depay lol

Yup and that's not even looking at the depressing contracts of Umtiti who's on 204k a week lol, Pjanic who's on 271k a week, Roberto who's on 200k a week.

For perspective Salah and Kane get less lol

So let's look at the actual total wasted on deadweight players we can't even give away for free.

Including Umtiti, Roberto, Pjanic, on top of the 3 bums we are looking at a total of...

740m

And that's not even looking at the costs of Aguero, The terminating of Matheus Fernandes who was on over 85k a week, the rest of the squad, Mr contract until 2024 Pjanic and Messi's old 555m contract along with Barto wanting to sign Neymar lol.

Insanity dawgs

Salary figures in English media tend to be net, while in Spain they're ususally gross. But everything's possible with Barca.

Man fixing the books with Pjanic was really stupid. Cost us so much money.

Shit squad, no money, 3 points above fkn relegation zone, already 12 points in the league. 4 points in our last 7 home games.

Barto has legit fucked us. Messi brings in 300m in revenue if we lose him we will be the next AC Milan.

Players we signed to replace the old core are not good enough.

What should we have done? It's easy hire Valverde for 2 or 3 seasons save the money from Neymar and save up for proven talent on reasonable wages. Then after 3 years are up wave goodbye to Valverde and bring in a new coach who can phase out old players like Suarez and repalce them adequately.

Instead we are 800m In the red...

We are fucked

Barto fucked us yes but Laporta went in for sloppy seconds rather than counseling us
