Living in Romania makes it quite difficult, but since the central European option isn't there I went East.
My country never has a precise allocation, it's neither central or eastern, even though technically it's geographically 50/50 since in a way the Carpathian Mountains make the split. So in other words, I was born in Central Europe ( Timisoara ), lived in Southern Europe ( Italy ) and North America ( N.Y. ) and now I live somehow in Eastern Europe ( Bucharest ).
As a Latin country we differ totally face to our Slavic and Hungarian neighbors, so it's enough to make a step over the border and you are in another totally different world.
