Would love to see him go to either United or Bayern. For stability in terms of finances etc he should go to Bayern, but something in me says he will look damn good as coach of United! Still voted Bayern....

Milan or maybe just possibly roma. You guys have to consider Pep's managerial style. I doubt he will ever go to a club with a player like Balotelli so city is out. Going to Chelsea is managerial suicide. United just seems too far fetched. Same with Bayern.

However Milan on the other hand are starting a new project with El Sharaawy at the helm. Allegri is destined to be fired. Also, Pep has always displayed huge respect for Milan.
Plus i think he's more suited for Serie A football than the EPL.

Roma isn't likely but i dunno, it also seems like they could be a good fit for Pep.

Man City. Mancini is done for in the summer, and City will offer him more then Chelsea will.

Whoever he manages, just hope he doesn't try and buy our players :)

And you find it impossible to see Balotelli following the footsteps of Deco and Ronaldinho? Because I don't.

City's squad is not that bad for Pep, IMO. In Kompany he has a natural leader and probably a key man in the dressing room, plus he could always rely on Yaya. I don't think Yaya left with any bad feelings towards Pep. David Silva will flourish under him and I think he could make a good use of Aguero, too.

It's really hard to predict his next move, but I still think Txiki and Soriano could have a huge impact here. How I said before, he won't find a more solid technical support in any other club in the world right now. He has two friends to watch his back at City. This is a really big ace for them.

Plus, the arabs don't have this "soft trigger" which is typical for Roman. If they were like him, Mancini would be already gone 2 or 3 times so far. This is also a positive note for City

Overall i'd say that City is more of a business venture than a managerial one. Pep is the kind of manager who is suited to focus on tactics and team chemistry instead of transfers and finances. the barcelona staff could play a role in bringing him there but if Mancini wins a trophy this season i doubt the club owners will fire him. And by then Pep will already be looking to manage a team, he won't wait for City to pull the trigger on Mancini. Now that i look back on it, United does seem like a possibility for him but i really hope he doesn't go there. I don't think he would enjoy managing a team of purely physical brutes who win games with brawn over brain. Plus i think United are going to go for either Ole Gunnar Solskjaer or David Moyes. Milan is great for him and if i could, i would advise him to go there.

A lot of people are looking at City with some stereotypical point of view, but from what I've read here and there they're pretty serious about their football project. I mean, it's not just about the transfers - they're trying to build a strong football organisation alongside the business one. That's why they hired people like Soriano and Txiki - they want something from our model, they want to learn. To develop as a football structure. This includes youth policy as well. As I know, City is paying much more attention to their academy than most of the people seem to think.

In other words, City is ongoing project and it could be tempting to play a part in it. And if we're talking about team chemistry, team chemistry could be created. It depends on the communication between the manager and the players. But one thing is for sure - the type of team chemistry he found (and kept alive) in Barcelona is unique, he could never find something like this again. But for sure - he could create a good one somewhere else.

Yea i agree that even though city spend like crazy they aren't as stupid as Chelsea in terms of keeping managers and using some of that money wisely especially for youth products. But at the same time, i still doubt they will fire Mancini especially if he wins a trophy of some sort. Firing him after that would be bad press for the club as a whole. City is only a considerable option for Pep if Mancini does fail to win a trophy and there is a reason for him to be sacked by the owners. Otherwise, i doubt he will sit around and wait for that to happen.

Why not to Bayern?

Bayern is not the place for Pep. Bayern are arrogant, overbearing, think they are the best - they describe Dortmund as Province club, nobody knows abroad. :omg:

I don't think that Guardiola would be in good hands there. :452: Pep wants pressing, high tempo, fast combinations and a homogeneous team - like Barca or Dortmund, sorry Bayern......:barca scarf::wave:
