Who are your football icons?

John Antonio Bilboa

Howard Roark laughed
Laurie Cunningham: Real madrids first english player and the first black player to represent England at any level. He made just 44 apearances for Real but when he did he was a match winner, great pace quick feet and an eye for a pass.He was voted one of West Broms 16 greatest players ever.

Craig Johnston: Liverpools first Aussie, he was brilliant along side John Barnes at the pool, a powerful striker who was quick enough to keep up with Barnes, which meant a deadly combination.
He has one of the most interesting stories you will ever here, as he almost lost he leg before he ever became a footballer. Contracted a nasty desease called Osteoyelits (spelling?) doctors planned to to amputate his leg, until an American doctor intervened and saved his leg.He is also well known as a football pioneer, as he invented the Adidas Predator boot.

Abédi Pelé: He was one of the first great african players to make an impact in Europe, he played for a few teams in Italy and Switzerland but is probably better known for his time in France with Marseille. During the 90's when they were so dominant in Europe.

Cryuff, Xavi, Iniesta, Maradona and Guardiola.

Guardiola the most because he was the captain of Barca when i starting to get into football. Plus he is a remarkable passer of the ball, vision and tactical awarness is amazing. I've tried to copy his way of playing everytime i play and it's amazing how easy he makes the game. Legend.
