Lucho is a character and his voice is going to be respected in the dressing room. My only concern is if he's prepared enough tactically to lead a team like Barca.

How about his time during Roma? Was it terrible? Should we be worried?

We already have a great base, And last season's la liga is enough of a proof, We only need someone to add and improve what tito already did, And Luis Enrique is the best man for this job.
No Bielsa, No AVB, Or any of those 'flashy' names.
this tbh. Barcelona never is great with 'big' coaches, we are always great with coaches who are amazing in barca and suck anywhere else. Lol

His Roma stint gives reason to worry but Enrique is very heavily invested in the club's youth philosophy and style of play, added to the fact that he's a very imposing and influential coach. He commands a lot of respect and I really feel like he has the ability to be quite an amazing manager if he has evolved. Although it would've been better for all parties if he could continue with Celta this year to see how things go. We'd be able to see how he does in la liga with a weaker team, and we wouldn't be prying him away before the season's even started. However these circumstances are far from favorable so not everyone will benefit from a last minute coaching change.

I mean, Frank Rijkaard was really bad with the dutch team he coached, but still gave us the CL + 2 ligas. Still a legend for me, for making a escape out of our 'dark' 2000-2003 times, eventough his 2 last years sucked pretty bad.

Lucho is a good choice, and he'll probably develop the canteranos well. Bad for Rafinha, though.

Bielsa is my favourite, Luis Enrique second, I'm a bit worried about his spell at Roma and he's pretty inexperienced...

I wouldnt wonder if there is already a coach which Barca had an agreement with if there is the case we now have with Tito. I mean Barca must have known that there is always a risk to have a coach with such a huge problem. So i guess there has always been a plan B. Now its time to contact this coach.

Btw which Lucho you guys are talking about ?
