I can one. Zincubus, his upgrade over Rakitić.

We dodged a bazooka.
Many people wanted him here? I don't think I can name more than one who wanted that transfer, and even that one, I'm not sure of.
BBZ managed to convince a lot of people with his stats trickery.
Arthur PLUSWe didn't dodge anything, if we bid on him it was 100% corruption/self sabotage. The guys always been shit, genuinely don't understand where the hype comes from. He has 2 good games a year at best that's it.
Don't understand the fascination with Brazilian players fucks sake. Not everyone is an alves, Ronaldinho or Ronaldo. We shouldn't care about their nationality only how good they are and how well they fit the team.
We bought the 2nd best Brazilian player out there and he's currently struggling because we didn't think about where we were going to play him when we bought him.
We've also signed plenty of Brazilians who were crap as well.
Paulinho, Adriano, Maxwell, Keirrison, Henrique, Geovanni, Fabio...
Deco doesn't count.
Adriano was very good for us but he overstayed, huge difference. Same thing happened with Pinto and sadly many here only remember how it ended not how it started. Maxwell was also very good back up.
Maxwell and Adriano was signed as back up for LB position, and was good enough for back up role (except Adriano last 2 years)
It was alleged that Maxwell registered as an EU player during 2006 to 2009 with Inter, but he was signed by Barcelona as a non-EU player (Brazil), as Maxwell did not present a passport from a European country. UEFA started to investigate the case in August 2010,[19] but in fact Inter signed him as a domestic transfer and he arrived in Italy as a non-EU player for Empoli, and had not violated Italian Football Federation (FIGC) regulations. FIGC only restricted Italian football clubs from signing non-EU players from abroad, except 1 quota (2 as of the 2011–2012 season) is given to Serie A clubs per season if the club released or sold abroad the non-EU player, or the player himself got an EU nationality.
On 25 August 2010, Inter declared that Maxwell was always a non-EU player with the club.[20]
