I don't rate Pickford either - makes spectacular saves but also a huge load of basic errors. I would be tempted to use the 4th sub to bring on Pope or Butland, to be honest.

Yep. They played as if they are technically inept and just know how to foul. Which is not true considering what quick attacking players they have.
