Just about all the more rated teams in this world cup when watch them seem to always come away thinking 'they lack a Pedri'.

Very few have players in midfield that can probe, get on ball and open game up.

Could be a Barca bias but there is a real lack of these players in teams and when cant create out wide with pace and a target in box their games seem very stale.

Historically Belgium's a weak footballing nation. Such a shame they wasted a once in a lifetime generation. Doubt we'll see a team this good within the next 30 or so years. They are old and slow.

Only reason they will probably make it to the next world cup is due to it expanding to 48 teams. All the more reason to start caring less and less for it. Quality is dross.
