Portugal is one of the worst big names. They had a piss poor easy qualification group where they finished second and then 2 games at home vs some bums and they still didn't shine.

Am I missing something?

Walker at CB in a two? Never happen.

White has been best English CB by a distance this season.

Tru I forgot White was English. He should probably be in ther instead but leaving two of Walker, Trent, and James out was a bit too much for me.

Y'all been garbage in Euros and WC except for that fluke run in 2016 after...finishing 3rd and still qualifying

If you mean since 2010:

2010: lost against peaaaak spain

2012: Semifinal lost against spain again

2014: Very bad i agree

2016: Boring football but effective

2018: Meh

2021: Good EURO considering the oppenents, 2-2 against France, loss against Germany as usual, good game against Belgium but unlucky

Last time Portugal actually looked good imo was 2012, going out to that Spain side in the semi's was no shame, close game too.

But thats a little while back now...

Germany, England, Brazil the strongest
Spain behind them (Italy would have been here as well if qualified)
then, there is France who have the best squad, but given coach's work they should not even be in the discussion, but you never know

then, all the rest...
no chance that is!

Peru up by 2 goals.

Sorry OGbarca, would have liked Colombia to be in the WC. We can support Argentina together.

Colombia and Chile are out it seems.

Edit: Colombia scored when I typed this but Peru is up by 2 so it probably won?t make any difference.
