That is like corners.
At every single corner you have a slight defensive and attacking touch/foul.
To some extent, you can give a pen or a foul in the attack on every single corner.
Based on ref's or Infantino's preference.
Like in hanball or waterpolo, there is always a touch and refs decide the winners.
Offside is objective, slight contacts/regular fouls aren't. You are either offside or you aren't and it is clear that he was if drawing the reference image from that header.
That offside is just as much offside as any other, it doesn't change just because the goalie was mispositioned.
If referees wouldn't give that in Real vs a random Czech team then perhaps they are the corrupt ones and not the refs in the VAR booth today.
