you dont have to be a central midfielder to dominate position,messi always helps in possession when plays as false number nine,same with iniesta as a false winger bec they always drop back to retain the ball,ces
c helps in posession at arsenal even in his advanced position bec he always drops back,sometimes he even drops back behind song to start the build up himself as he has a free role,dont know why he would be a failure in midfield,he was one of the best cmfs in the league 2 years ago when he played there being only 21,and since wenger changed his position into a second striker/number 10 to make use of his goal scoring ability,he never played as a cmf again but he has all the qualities to be a world class cmf,dont know how someone can say that he is shit there bec he didnt play there since long time ago plus he was awesome when he used to play there

In see what you're getting at, although very few myself included would go as far as calling Kaka one of the worlds best these days. He was pretty meh his last season at Milan IMO.

I'm gonna go for Cesc. Dragged an average and injury hit Arsenal team to third last season with 20 goals and 20 assists even though he missed about 2 months of the season. Incredible.
