Stoichkov was shit in his 2nd spell at Barca.
Van Gaal was sacked after 3 Months in his 2nd spell (in the first spell he won 2 La Ligas in 3 years).
People would expect too much from Pep.
1. if he would try to replicate his style from 2011, he would fail since current players are shit
2. if he would try something new, people would say: wtf is this? We need to go back to our roots, aka 2011
Also, in 2008, he had Messi, Xavi, Iniesta, Puyol, Valdes who were established players and in their primes.
All from La Masia.
Ok, maybe he "invented" Busi and Pedro.
But what to do today?
Back then he had 5 Goats, today he has Roberto, Riki and Alena.
So, he can't do any wonders with La Masia.
People would expect that he would get rid of oldies.
But who would play? Dumbele, Riki, Alena and Braithwaite?
If he would return, imo, 90% of people would be disappointed and they would ruin their picture of a perfect Pep.
1. no superstars after Messi
2. no La Masia talents
3. and barely 1 and a half playable youngster (Frenkie and Arthur) where both play at the same position, lol
Unless if a board can magically produce 800 Millions for transfers, Barca is really not a fun place to be in the future.
And Pep is used to coach the richest teams in the world.
