He doesn?t change anything. He thinks the last time was just unlucky? But this bad luck has been more than 5 years already. There is no one to score, but yesterday there were 6 on the field
forwards: Dembele, Auba, Ferran, Luuk, Depay, Adama. Why? Choose who you consider promising and play. And this is not Dembele, he is the worst of all, but Xavi is the favorite. We are already ashamed of easily conceded goals. Nothing can be won with such protection. It is not clear where the club is going and how it will play.

What has his brother done to be a coach at a club the size of Barca?

Nepotism running wild at Barca on all levels.

Don't see this being an issue. He's got the more experienced Sergio Alegre as an assistant as well.

Tito didn't have much to show for when he was assistant to Pep either.

Tito knew the club and the tactics involved and had played football at decent level and was chosen by Pep.

While he had been involved in coaching at lower level

Not really similar to someone choosing their brother for job seems to have zero qualifications for and when that person seemingly has tactical input on sidelines.

We have to sit tight and wait. No point of talking about new manager this soon. We looked bad under Rijkaard too for the first half of the season but Laporta's patience paid off immensely.

He needs to change the dynamic of the front three and midfield as well. He's playing an outdated version of the 4-3-3 from the Van Gaal days. We look similar to Van Gaal United in approach, and far off from the dynamic and fluid 4-3-3s of Pep and Klopp.

We don't have the star players to make this system work, so we need more movement (in all registers really, speed, duration, and variation) to help out when in possession. Nothing good will happen if you let Araujo for example pass the ball without A LOT of assistance from most players around him. The same goes for other players. Individually they are nothing special, except for Pedri who at least is near that level technically. Can't hold a candle to players we had in the past like Ronnie, Messi, Deco, Henry.

His set up doesnt look line anything seen from any other coach.

Bizarre way of playing these past few games and is closer to how played before the Jan signings if anything.

Full backs dont look like they have a clear idea of how to play from one half to the next. Is reliant on and old Busquets who cant move properly as main man in midfield and has midfielders too far up the park to support a striker he has that is isloated as has two wide players on touchline.

The link between Busquets and defence is failng as likes of Araujo is poor on ball and Busi cant move for options. Between Busi and other mids there is too much space and little combinations as seeming just wants Busi on ball looking for options and other mids to get inbetween lines and further up to offer those. The front three as I have said for months bar short period after Atletico game..is too far apart.

Been outcoached badly vs average sides for multiple games now and doing nothing to change it but seemingly double down on approach that is not working.

It's exactly the same situation at Madrid. This isn't unique. Xavi has chosen somebody he trusts, they've been working together for 7 years. And like I said, they are two assistants.

Dont care if he trusts him or not. Dont doubt he trusts him. What matters is if he is qualified for the job and not just family.

There being two assistants is irrelevant to point.

Backroom staff is almost always connected to the coach. Not the first time a family member is part of one.

Not like Oscar is the reason why we play so bad.

You're making a mountain out of a molehill. I've noticed your hatred against Xavi recently, but this 'issue' ain't it.
