There is a also the good point made about chemistry. I don't see what Lewa, Dembele and Raphinha have in common. Apart from the language barrier, there is also the fact they come from different cultural backgrounds. For all the talk about amigos over the past 15 years, we actually had good chemistry between players, especially attacking players. And that was mainly because said players were also friends/buddies outside the pitch or where coming from similar backgrounds(South Americans, Spaniards etc)

So, you say that players being buddies outside the pitch is a good thing for the team.

OK, probably you missed the last 7 years at Barca

I don't think our tactics are terrible. We have pretty good intensity too.

What we need are more and better coordinated moves in the final third. If we executed our crosses like City do, with the understanding, the timing and the runs, we could have won that game 4-1 easily. We don't produce enough chances, but we have loads of almost chances. The road from here to actual chances isn't as long as it might seem.

More coordination, more "dumb" belief, a bit more aggression and then it's chemistry from there.

Not terrible, but pretty rigid and formulaic. All teams to some extent stretch the game and look to exploit wide spaces by having the wingers attacking the fullbacks to create superiority. But they do other stuff too, unlike us, namely well-drilled central combinations.

Pedri has 0 assists this season in like 10 games for example if I'm not wrong. We are weak in the center, both tactically, and in terms of players.

Agreed, we rely too much on the wings for chance creation and need more impact from the Interiors.

Our wing play is shitty even then

Just dembele doing touchline dribbling and punting cross after cross

No fullback-winger interchange/overlaps,

No midfielder creating overloads,

Nothing...

Fucking Arsenal playing much better than us. And that's on Xavi

That's definitely true. What Odegaard does in Arsenal's first goal against Liverpool for example: https://dubz.co/v/jpnad7

We don't have a player who reliably takes that role. It's simple stuff but what makes the goal is having a guy with an appetite for those kinds of situations. Pedri is still too timid, possibly too slow. Gavi too flakey, possibly doesn't have the composure, possibly too slow as well.

We'll get Messi back next season, don't worry mate.

Shit on a stick football. Our whole team except Stegen was comical.

Don't see how we are gonna beat Inter with this tame predictable football.

Absolutely outplayed by Celta at home. Same predictable and disjointed tactics, and we looked less physically prepared than our opponents again.
