Tactical outsmarted or out classed it a stretch, rafa did what every other team does against us, 5 at the back, congested the midfield, hit on counter, nothing special.

We've seen it before, we struggle against it always, even before Xavi.

And it was Xavi's tinkering that eventually got us the goals.

Very few of them play 5 at the back in Liga. That's more common in Europe.

The ones that do always give us trouble.
But anyway if system is weak against 5 atb that's Xavi's job to change things up.

That we can agree on, but to make out he was outclassed by rafa, as if Rafa did something new and interesting, is not it.

And He did find a solution today, even in that chat, you said the subs changed the game

After 2 games at home against 2 of the easiest opponents (Betis because of poor form) you will find in the whole year, when some thought that Xavi is to be praised, we are back to square one, to the usual Xavi shitball/horrorball:
again clueless how to make players move around in a formation and how to move opponents around and break a low block

Dembele masked so many of Xavi's shortcomings due to his individual brilliance in creating something out of nothing. Now he bets that Felix and Cancelo (and Pedri when there) will keep doing that for him.

I am really tired of the Xavi soap opera. I don't want an apprentice who takes years and years to learn to be doing that kind of learning at Barca. This is too much to take

And in all honesty, the slack he is being cut by many here because he is a Barca legend is scandalous.
Had Koeman had his luck in results and presenting the same kind of shitshow in terms of tactics and performance, everyone here would unanimously be requesting his head on a platter.

Our culture and identity is not about results.
If you want a result culture go support Madrid Juventus and Bayern

Really badly coached game and got away with it.

Dont even think subs were inspired or changed the game in way made out as team was still a shambles when they came on but Celta missed chances and Barca took a few of theirs.

Anyway hopefully learn from it and move on to next game.

In some ways the team being exposed like that is better in long run than another easy victory.

The fact that he even get a draw out this bumbling bunch of idiots is all the proof I need to surrender all my doubts. But 3 points against these heavyweights, I mean Celta Vigo, the Viking slayers from from the north, I say we need to start thinking about were we are going to place the statue.
:worthy::worthy::worthy::worthy::worthy::worthy::worthy::worthy::worthy:

Xavi is a genious, CL glory here we come!!!!

if you think the team would crawl back from 2-0 with any other manager your are simply mistaken.
with ev the game would have ended 0-4 probably.
The lineup was clearly and deliberately not our strongest, for obvious reasons, but many players had a really bad day until xavi made the changes.
Great mentality in the end to pull through.
lessons to be learned though.
for example, pep has stopped pushing everyone and cbs so forward even against low blocks.
it's too high risk nowadays that teams now how to counter.
we must be somewhat less adventurous.

Just relax, and support the team.

This forum... jeeezus .

We are fucking Spanish champions at the minute. Enjoy the team fighting against all odds and delivering precious silverware. Don Laporta, Xavi, Gavi, De Jong, these lot are more than worthy of your support.

Bunch of moaners... you want to moan about something real, moan about us not being to afford class players due to the shit Bartomeu and his crooks did. Not Laporta, Xavi, Gavi, and everyone else that tries to sort out the mess while even bringing us titles in the process.

If we had 150m or so to spend last summer like all other big teams Barca could even be challenging for CL title. Everything else is nicely sorted, except for the finances that will take many years to fix.

It's the same in politics. Everyone that tries to do something good is pulled back by hordes of ... that can't stand but throw shit at everything non-stop.

Yet in same paragraph you are saying the team shouldn't aim for big things and are 'fighting against all odds' by competing for LaLiga.
Saying that we can't sign class players despite watching us sign Gundogan, Cancelo, Felix, Christensen, Kounde, Roque etc. Raphinha and Lewandowski too who you love and who were wanted by several other huge clubs.
You do exact same thing as what youre claiming others do yet frame it in a 'support' mentality whilst you suggest the team is shite and cant win titles.

I'm sure Xavi and the boys would appreciate you telling them how they are 'fighting against all odds' and cant challenge for CL title and how its impossible to compete.
