Just seems that out of the comfortable environment of LaLiga where teams are scared and where the level is lower than in Europe he can kind of handle it but as soon as the difficulty goes up and he competes against motivated, talented coaches in Europe he cant hack it.

Still hasn't changed the approach to match the demands of European games... we play the same dull conservative football... make a bunch of sideways passes then chipped ball over the top... Shakhtar had no problems whatsoever dealing with it.
