Cruyff said, "The biggest test for a coach at a team like Barça is the strength to make decisions and the ability to talk to the press, because they don't help and you have to manage that. After that, it's easy for those who know football. But there aren't many who know."

You keep saying about EPL level. But the fact is neither Ten Hag nor Poch compete for tittle. They compete for midtable position.

Both coach wealthy clubs. So what is your problem?

My problem is that you (and the rest of the clan that put forth the same BS) can't comprehend ABC of football.

You can't win instantly no matter how wealthy a club is, unless you are in a farmer's league

Football needs time, coaches build projects that work only after some time.

Multiply the above by a 100 given that we are talking about the competition of EPL in 2024,
in terms of coaches/projects they have to face first of all and not only money,

Reading comprehension problems again?

I didn't claim Dutch league is a top one, I made a point about Luuk's value as a sub here, that we saw already in spring 2022 with the many points he gave us in the dying minutes of games,
and how Xavi killed that solution in his megalomaniac frenzy of wasting money club never had on superstars

Unfortunately, xavi had to take the ajax job first then after that come to barca. He'd get more or less enough time there to explore his ideas and acknowledge the pro's and cons of his tactics. Every coach have a kryptonite and its up to them to be mature and wise enough to know when to change, something that pep is really stuborn with. If he had mourinho's dont give a fuck attitude he'd be sitting with at least 6 cl under his belt.

I really think that being barca coach right now is the hardest football job on the planet. If he manages to go past qsg, i wouldnt be worried at all for him finding a new good club appointment. I hate his football in his tenure here, but considering everything surrounding the club, pressure, cant really be that harsh and objective if he is a good or bad manager.

Xavi: "I'm positive that everyone who has traveled, except for a surprise, will be able to play tomorrow."
