Unfortunately, xavi had to take the ajax job first then after that come to barca. He'd get more or less enough time there to explore his ideas and acknowledge the pro's and cons of his tactics. Every coach have a kryptonite and its up to them to be mature and wise enough to know when to change, something that pep is really stuborn with. If he had mourinho's dont give a fuck attitude he'd be sitting with at least 6 cl under his belt.
I really think that being barca coach right now is the hardest football job on the planet. If he manages to go past qsg, i wouldnt be worried at all for him finding a new good club appointment. I hate his football in his tenure here, but considering everything surrounding the club, pressure, cant really be that harsh and objective if he is a good or bad manager.
