I'm glad he isn't changing his mind. I don't think he was the long term answer for us, and the fact that he's hopefully leaving with a bit of positive momentum, that's good for everyone.
I just hope Laporta has been scouting in the background and not relying on xavi changing his mind + Marquez as backup..
I don't think it's a huge problem either. It doesn't matter much in the end if the club wins titles and goes far in CL with Xavi or with another manager. It only becomes a big problem if the next manager doesn't deliver these types of results very fast. Then of course shit is gonna hit the fan. The club demands these things all the time.
So... if you replace Xavi and don't get the next manager appointment spot on... not good. The path that needs to follow in the next season is up, not down.
Many things depend on who the next manager is and how good he's gonna be. If he deliver the titles, the results, and the football, as big of a legend as Xavi is, fans are going to move on from him very fast, support and trust the current manager, and enjoy the present. In a way it's very simple.
