Ye ive lso noticed Xavi does alot less cut through passes, or that little "chip in" hes so good at. But at the same time he seems to be more infront of the goal (2 goals on milan) and making more gap runs

that's partly because messi plays so deeply recently. the game against getafe, messi was 90% of the game like our 6 or 7 furthers player. i don't know why but always when the opponend defend very deeply, messi is always behind the defence. he needs to play more higer on the pitch because there he is more dangerous.

2008/09 he had more assists because he had herny, eto and messi to feed and most of his assists went to them. now the front 3 has changed their formations. xavi is more than ever controlling the game together with messi and it's now messi who cut the defece with his trough balls to midfielders - cesc, xavi, iniesta, keita - who make those forward runs into the empty space.

you must be the cool guy/bully of this thread since what you say is gold and what el estel and i say are wrong and its your job to say what we think is wrong. If el estel wants to post a reply saying how buying fabregas was a poor choice, let him. It doesnt make him "a damn annoying user" he didnt say anything derogatory about you. we're all talking about barca you should not take it upon yourself to insult someone if you disagree just like how you mocked me when you didnt agree with what i said.

also, buying Fabregas was not a poor choice imo. He seems to be in good form, is taking alot of pressure off the maestro and iniesta and he seems happy where he is.
