Sure, but Laporta and Koeman didn't exactly do an exemplary job in the summer with their bitching publicly. Could understand Koeman's POV with Laporta wanting to get rid of him, but not doing so because of financial reasons or listening to the wrong advisors, or simply being delusional to think we could get an elite, proven manager.

Yea, it's important to have a buy option. If we get lucky and the player will fit well, we have to have the option to get him permanently.
