Smalling is close to joining Wolves, Rojo will also be leaving (most likely to Everton), Blind also back to Ajax, so there is only Jones, Lindelof and Bailly left, so Mina actually has a decent chance to get into their starting lineup in under 2 years. As for us, if we would sell to Everton or Lyon, i would say 30M is a decent price, but if we do sell to like the richest club in the world, we damn well need to squezze that extra 10M out of them, especially since Mourinho is also the one managing them. 30M to Lyon or Everton would be great, 40M to United would be a fantastic deal.
That's then 50M only from Mina and Vidal, and another 50M coming in from Paulinho in January, so i guess we can even afford to only loan out (since i don't believe we'll manage anything more anyway) Gomes and Paco. Rafinha and Denis can stay at least until next summer to provide cover to our midfield and wing positions, and to see if they can finally stay fit and actually contribute big to this team now that two of the regulars in Iniesta and Paulinho are gone. If not, we can always sell them next summer and go for someone like Eriksen, if he doesn't sign an extension with Spurs until then (not likely, but still). Or even just get De Jong (and hopefully De Ligt too).
Especially since with the annual budget coming in and 100M from sales already saved we'd have a great transfer kitty available for next summer, if it's needed. Plus we'll most likely need to seriously look for a Suarez replacement by then too, and probably a replacement for Vermaelen (which i'm hoping could still be De Ligt), so that extra 100M plus maybe selling Gomes and Paco outright by then alongside the annual transfer budget would sure come in handy.
