BVB has made it's last offer to Moukoko: 4 year contract + extension clause, Salary of up to €6m, €10m signing on fee, €5m to agent Patrick Williams and he would receive the usual commission of 10% of Moukoko's salary and, ideally, a further 2.4 million euros. All in all, a €40m package.

Probably the best for him. Hope he'll have a good buy out clause so we can get him in two years if he develops well.

Yes this is easily the best way to develop. He'll get plenty of money too so he doesn't really have a reason to move to a big club.
An equivalent offer would probably be Newcastle, but I'm sure they'd want him long term compared to Dortmund who can sell him when a good offer arrives, as they usually do. Plus he's already adapted to Dortmund and the league and his development can progress at full speed from now.

@BILD - There are severe doubts over the authenticity of Moukoko's age and documents (unearthed by Der Spiegel) suggest his real age is 22 years old. Chelsea and Newcastle are believed to have distanced themselves from a move due to concerns about his age.

Unfortunate but not surprising, it seems his family history is even more fucked up as well. Some random scout from Cameroon brought him to Germany and became his adoptive father, then created him a fake age to profit off his football probably.

Not surprising. There was 32 players in Cameroon's U-17 team that were proven to be older than they claimed.

Samuel Eto'o is running a campaign to try and improve the age verification process to prevent it from happening in the future.

This is a recycle of old news with just addition of this "Cameroon scandle" and they wrote an article.
German federation already done investigations about it and already confirmed authentication of his birth date, and kid even had a growth spurit recently.

But if Newcastle believes it, then I hope we seize the opportunity.
