Demir was never worth the 10m, and wouldn't have been so even if he played for Barca B. There's little special about him. His best chance at becoming a top player is developing into a player like Bernardo Silva, but that's easier said than done.

First thing he need to do is to hold a starting position for Rapid and perform well in that league.

We straight up cancelled his loan so I would imagine so. Latest news say that he will actually remain at Rapid for the 2nd half of the season, since no one showed any interest to take on that existing loan before we cancelled it. That could still change, if someone does come for him until the end of January, but that would be a totally separate loan/buy, which we would have nothing to do with.

Yeah, don't understand the hate he gets either. Was just a cheap gamble that didn't turn out well, mostly because the club fecked up registering him for the first team instead of Barca B.
