He is doing pretty well. He may or may not be the most tactically astute manager. But there just cannot be any doubt when it comes to his pragmatic approach to the game. Combine that with, the money and the abundance of talent
and all the help from the referees that they possess, there just can't be any doubt that he would go on to have a much better managerial career with Real than Pep did with Barca!!
