Winning mentality is good, but if he is ever benched I imagine he could make problems in the lockerroom as well.. I hope he suceed, but it is hard to see him get 20 goals - Maybe 2-3 years ago.

Why not? What they got is

- a very, very good player for free. They paid nothing to PSG.
- One of the biggest stars in the world of football, they can use him to attract other players
- He is a winner and a very good leader on the pitch that other players will look up to
- They got him under a short 1 year contract which means they wont be stuck with him in case he turns out to be sh!t, so the risk on their part is very small

Apart from him being a very short-term solution, i see no other cons at all... except for his huuuge wages maybe. But if they can pay Rooney £200k+/week(or was it £250k+?) and submit a bid of 100m+24m in bonuses for Pogba to Juventus, then paying Zlatan his salary is nothing more than a fart in space.
