If he wins us CL he'll leave an incredible legacy here. That's how it is. Number of goals isn't important unless titles follow. He was brought to provide "instant" success, now three years later he has a great chance of proving his worth.
He was brought to help Xavi made the transition.

Xavi's question to him was "Do you want to join our project?" Not "We need you to win us trophies."

For what it's worth, the job is done already.
All what's left to do now is to find his replacement which according to many here is a walk in the park...well why don't you find the replacement then and let the project be absolutely complete?

We will as soon as Lewa leaves and we free up big portion of cash available. Funny that you mention walk in a part because walking is how your posterboy spends most of the time on the pitch. Great abs though. Shame they dont help in staying on his feet or being actually fit.

It's true that Lewandowski was brought here more as a short term solution to bring us back to the top, rather than long term striker intended to win us big trophies.

I don't think, at the time of his signing, if somebody asked us what he would win in Barça any of us would think of a CL, because of the situation at club back then. That tells you everything.

Up until this season since his arrival Barça was not at the top, so it was a failure. Now we definitely are. It's true that Lewandowki didn't really do it on his own but he played a big role.

I think expectations were to win ll title again, and 2 ll in 3 years are great.

If we win cl it would be overachievements with Lewy and he would get a spot in barca history thread after he leaves us 🔥

Wasn't like that until he met Pep, the one of Barcelona's pedigree. He told him to start falling as they were missing on free kicks...he assigned Roben to train him on that skill.
Be it, as it may, no fall no foul.

Having said that I don't like it either.
That's why in this part of the world it is not called football but soccer which is high-school girls sport. Males plaing soccer are thought to be sissies or straightout gays. I know it ain't fair but here the real men play football.

Just giving you a clue it is a pro sissy game where it is good to fall. More often than not anyway.
Robert knows the rules, his play is smart, he falls to the team's advantage.

Weak on his feet....🤣

I put you and him in a cage you're in a coma after 10 seconds.
