Not sure if Lewy wouldn't have still flourished without Klopp - Klopp helped him a lot, but Lewy had a lot of talent. He just needed a great coach to harness it. To be fair that's true of most if not all players.

I gave you a like for the rest of it - really enjoyed Klopp's Dortmund sides.
I've seen more talented than him (from Poland) that were mismanaged and mishandled career wise.
All he had prior to Klopp's noticing him, was 1 good season in Polish league.
I think Klopp had an extra sympathy for him and saw in him something others did not.
For instance Heynckes, Hidding, Ferguson, Pep or Mourinho would have never shown as much patience.
Truth is, he always was a bit clumsy with the ball or tractor-ish ...and his scoring propensity at that level would have neve been revealed without due patience. The said names would have not had enough patience, I am afraid.

Year and a half without living my life to get her to surgery just to be dehumanised by her mother and hearing about police, courts and shit like that so they can milk me out of my money (good luck, her mother in in her bipolar maniac episode, insanity)
Fuck me mate, that sounds awful. Women can be awful like that - I am sorry they used you and dehumanised you.

I hope it works out ok anyway. I can really understand though why you're struggling mentally and financially. It happens to a lot of guys in this society.

Fair points and balanced post.

Klopp is a better coach and manager than Flick.

Lewy nearly joined Big Sam at Blackburn haha.
That would have ended his big stage career right there.
I was against his leaving Polish league for at least 2-3 more seasons, so he wouldn't be benched, I thought he should man up first. Thank God, Klopp knew what he was doing. Or I should say Klopp knew what to do with him.

Read Women by Charles Bukowski.
I doubt it'll heal your heart but at least it'll give you a laugh.
If neither, it means you need a shrink fast.

Charles Bukowski- American German writer/ poet used to say
You don't choose writing. Writing chooses you.

If the same can be said about football, it sure should apply to Maradona, Messi, Ronaldo Zidane, Pele...but Lewandowski? 😒 🤔

I believe that by his dreams, ambitions and unrelenting hard work he convinced 3 out of the total of 5 football gods, that he deserved to have a shot at it too. The two doubters later recanted and agreed two.

Bukowski had a talent for writing and never gave up. Not in a way he tried too hard at it but he did have discipline.
Banged a lot of women in his old age that's for sure.

On this day of woke culture not sure how his masculine and unapologetic style and his drunkenness would fare.

Yeah,
Sure enough, his job at the US Post Office would not last for as long as it did back then.

So, Lewandowski returns to Signal Iduna stadium. I checked BVB squad and there's nobody from that 2013 CL Klopp's finalist team there any more. That was a hellova team. A couple of them the World Champions to be.
There was not a team in the World that year, they would be shy to stand up to. They had a good shot at Bayern that year, much better that the last year against Real. Too bad they did not take that chance.

Yeah Lewa was really a piece of shit to leave them and join their biggest rival for titles at the time. At least Figo got us some money from Madrid...
