    11 - Raphinha

All players get injured sometimes, especially in the winger position where explosive bursts are common and a lot of high intensity running is done. Even if Dembele had a great injury record I would still want to keep Raphinha. He might not be as aesthetic but he is effective and produces goals...

    15 - Andreas Christensen

He came for free. Exception to the rule : Nothing good in life comes free.

    11 - Raphinha

He is good enough to form a part of the squad rotation, that's for sure. Has technical limitations but physically of a very high level, his movement is good, he has been finding lots of assists etc. Maybe not as good as Dembele but not that far either and adds his own positives.

    Franck Kessie

Has a bit of a knack for getting into the box and making runs high up the pitch.

    Xavi Hernández

Pressing structure very, very good. The physical disparity was so obvious, they were basically suffocated in their own half and couldn't get out. The intensity and physical change since Xavi came has been huge.

    La Liga 2022/23

Truth be told Vinicius isn't all that good as is made out, it seems because he had one good CL campaign a lot of fans are holding him up as some elite Ballon'Dor level winger, truth is, not very close to that. He does have a hard time because opposition defenses are usually doubling up on him...

    La Liga 2022/23

It really isn't strong outside of the attack, wasn't last season either but attack and GK got them through. People make out that our team being young is a disadvantage but the upside of it is we have players who can press and run 10x more than they can, whilst a lot of their team is getting old...

    La Liga 2022/23

It's interesting though how this season Barca have become the far more clinical team whilst Madrid is much more wasteful. In a way, our mentality is shaping to be better than theirs (in the league at least). We shut out teams more effectively than they do and finish better. LaLiga should be in...

    La Liga 2022/23

Well wow. Madrid are truly in a meltdown. No Benzema no party, despite what Morten and El Gato will tell us. +8 today?

    La Liga 2022/23

I thought that as well seeing their last games, its like that's his natural position, he looks way more comfortable there. Maybe that's the right position to maximise his strengths.

    La Liga 2022/23

Not only for the goals, he has something like a 70 percent aerial win rate so far in LaLiga. Guy is an absolute monster in duels and plus, he still has like 10 goals so far including 2 against Madrid.

That man Muriqi again. What a season from him so far.

    La Liga 2022/23

Kroos and Modric continuing to sit for Madrid in favour of Ceballos and Valverde. Looks like the transition is finally happening, though it's questionable if they can move forward with a Ceballos-Tchouameni-Valverde midfield. Perez will probably go big for Jude and maybe even another midfielder.

    Premier League 2022/2023

Well it's looking like he might lose LaLiga and Liverpool are very beatable to say the least. I like Ancelotti but at Real they don't stick with losers. He will be gone if he wins nothing this season.

    Premier League 2022/2023

Arsenal getting run over in midfield.

    Premier League 2022/2023

Everton playing brilliantly. No chance they get relegated if they continue to play like this.

    Premier League 2022/2023

Everton have been the much better team so far and really deserve to be winning. Arsenal will probably find some 30 yard Odegaard long shot and still end up with 3 points though.

    Frenkie de Jong

I get your point and that you're backing Frenkie but De Paul is a bad comparison. You can find a lot of midfielders like De Paul in every top league. Workhorse midfielders are a dime a dozen. Frenkie is a unique player, his awareness and positional understanding is special and when allowed...

Seeing Moriba come onto the pitch reminded me of BBZ. Where you at BBZ8800? We miss you :(
