Piszczek, Zabaleta, Aurier, Darmian and Cuadrado are all way better than Douglas. I don't know much about the others, but they'd have to be really shitty to not be better than Douglas.

I'd say they need a DM or Pogba/Vidal type midfielder more with Alonso and Di Maria (who put in a LOT of defensive work) gone. Who?

God I hope not. One of them would actually help RM big time. We'll be much better off with Kroos-Modric-James as RM's midfield trio.
