    Thiago Translantara

Yet the team was better last year than Pep's last season. Is Pep responsible for Spain's success too? Xavi and Iniesta had already led Spain to a Euro Championship before he coached. I don't think he was a bad coach, but he was a lucky one who is very overrated.

Not as much as the players. Let's not forget the atrocious transfers he asked for or the tactical deterioration of the squad near the end.

    Thiago Translantara

He approached the directors of Bayern during the Audi Cup in 2011. It was in Der Spiegel recently.

    Thiago Translantara

A man of principals wouldn't have approached Bayern about joining while they were still the manager of Barcelona.

    Thiago Translantara

Where did I compare Messi and Iniesta to Mourinho? Seems like we have lost sight of the real keys to Barcelona's success.

    Thiago Translantara

I agree, this would be unforgivable. It would hurt if Thiago went to United, but it would make sense.

Pep becomes the enemy when he tries to lure away players like Neymar or Thiago and flirts with managing Bayern while he is in charge of Barcelona . Taking a bunch of staff is borderline too. Remeber, Mourinho used to work for Barcelona too.

    Bullshit.

    Thiago Translantara

Seems like a lot of people here are bigger fans of Pep than Barcelona. Disgusting.

    Jonathan Dos Santos

I don't know. Jonathan could get a chance if Thiago does in fact leave.

Seems like BS: El Bayern de Munich, posible destino para Thiago

    David Villa

I think Villa ends up leaving this summer. It will be sad to see him go, but it is probably best for the club and himself in the long run. He has lost his mojo and will not get it back as a bit player. Pedro, Sanchez, and Tello all seem more comfortable than him sharing time. They also...

Didn't Audi give the whole team cars last year?
  16. E

    Thiago Translantara

Agreed. The negativity around here is uncalled for. The club is in a great place with or without Thiago.

Won't he reach 30% this weekend?

    Abidal to leave Barca

I don't really understand why he can't stay at the club. Certainly we are very weak at the back. He must want more minutes than the club can offer.

    Pedro Rodriguez

Selling Pedro doesn't make sense to me unless we keep Villa/Bojan. I think we are set up front right now. Need to focus on keeping the midfield together and signing some defenders.

    14 - Javier Mascherano

One thing to keep in mind, last year Busquets played in 52 club matches, Keita played in 44, and Toure played 37. These numbers are a tad high due to Iniesta missing a lot of matches, but there is a lot of PT to go around there.
