La Liga | Round 29: FC Barcelona - Valladolid 1-0

I have a feeling its going to be a tough game because they usually are after an international break. Also messi hasn't played in over 2 weeks and while this would help him years ago I think he is better these days with only a few days off between games

    Lionel Messi - v7

They are not or never will be as good a footballer as messi

    James Rodriguez

I watched womens football for the first time over a decade ago and it wasn't great but the improvements since have been massive. The last world cup was a good watch

    Sergiño Dest

Ya that was brilliant but his dribbling is not very good. I've seen defenders take the ball off him from nearly every dribble he has tried so far. I'm sure he'll improve now though with the confidence he gained last night

    Sergiño Dest

He's getting there. Just needs to improve his ability to best a man. I'm not sure I've ever seen him get past a player one on one. But he has alot of other positives and a brilliant performance last night

    Champions League

Burnley would give Chelsea a tougher game and put together more passes than this atletico

    Champions League

Its amazing how many terrible finishes get past keepers. I suppose keepers expect better contact and end up diving past shots

    Champions League

Clear penalty. Actually 2 with the push on suarez. I mean if uefa are given penalties like the one against barca at psg when the player is nowhere near the ball then they have to give those

    Champions League

Atletico can really play when they want to. Looks like the negativity of simeone in the first leg will be their undoing again

    Champions League

They would have a better chance if the game was in a neutral venue like it should be seen as they couldn't play at home

La Liga | Round 27: FC Barcelona - Huesca 4-1

Another rule that has to change. That's 3 penalties in a week where the guy taken down is never getting near the ball. The icardi, lacazette and now this one. Has to be that the attacker has a chance of getting to the ball

    Kylian Mbappé

Probably thinking of neymar who said he rarely watches which I don't like to hear personally
  13. E

    Kylian Mbappé

He never said he doesn't watch much football. I have seen interviews before where messi said he watches football including the premier league. He said in one interview he likes watching cartoons with the kids which is a way of spending quality time with them I suppose

    Lionel Messi - v7

He hit the ball with the outside of his foot which means he tried to really make it look like he was going for the other corner with the inside of his foot. He scored one like that before. I think navas just decided beforehand he was going that way and nothing would change his mind
  15. E

    Lionel Messi - v7

The ball was behind him and he did well to control and turn and marquinhos made a brilliant diving block

    Lionel Messi - v7

I'd have to look at it again but I'm not sure it was as bad a penalty as people think. Of course it looked bad because it didn't hit a corner but I think he scored one like that before because he made the keeper go the wrong way. I mean he hit the ball with the outside of his foot which should...

CL | Round of 16: PSG - FC Barcelona (5-2 agg)

Absolutely no way should that be a penalty. He was getting nowhere near the ball. Ter stegen had it in his hands when he was clipped

    Cr150

He is not finished as some are saying. He would still score plenty if he was getting good service. Good service and the ball been put on his head is mostly why he won 3 champions leagues in a row
  19. E

    Erling Haaland

Was he any good in general play tonight? I only heard what a couple of analysts said at half time and they said he wasn't great bar the easy enough finish
  20. E

    Cr150

But Porto isn't a big game really. Juve had most of the ball whereas barca were dominated as a team for most of the psg game
