Guardado is excellent...as a winger, don't see him doing much defending for Depor. Also, i'm happy with Abidal but he's not great one-on-one against skilfull wingers. So long as he gets defensive help from Henry/ Iniesta, he's fine though. Tbh, there aren't that many great defensive left-backs...

I'm yet to be convinced by him myself, but i think those who want him also like his technique, finishing and aerial ability. And to get a sure thing usually costs more. So it's always nice to pick somebody out right before they're a sure thing...of course we need people who can properly evaluate...

Strangely enough, I agree. I was more scared of Diego at Madrid than Kaka, CR7 or even Ribery. He's still young, and scary good. Also, I'm sure Pellegrini would be able to find a formation to fit Kaka.

I think he also has the same stats as last yr: 10 goals and 4 assists in all competitions. Take that as a positive or negative....
