Contusions are usually not that bad at all, and by the looks of the news they are just contemplating when he'll be able to return to training rather than how long he'll be out.

Worst possible case scenario would be if there was any type of spinal shock involved which would affect the lower region nerves in the legs/bladder/bowels. That'd take a longer period of time for the spine to return to normal stasis after the shock and for the nerves to heal.

Hopefully it's not nerve related, but if it is then Bravo is the man for now. Let's wait and see if it's a strain or sprain. I recently recovered from a back/lumbar strain. Took about two weeks before it was completely gone.

Hopefully it won't be serious, and he'll be ready for the 1st official match.

The chilean curse is strong in this one. :p

I'm seeing some parallels with both TS and Courtois. A new start, both conceding from a penalty as their first for their respective clubs, making a fine save in the same match, having senior comp. with years of experience in their resp. leagues, both injured in pre-season (but the word is courtois has just recovered). Hope TS has a swift recovery as well.

I want both TC and TS to hold in goal from matchday 1. And that seems to be the popular sentiment on both sides.

Song was the one that injured Ter Stegen in the Barcelona training today. He wants vengeance, this is just the beginning.

I have no idea if this is true. Imagine if it is :tata:
