MATS with a awesome performance!

He has stepped up, and I believe that this should be rewarded. Felt really safe with him in goals.

I really can't see him leaving. Loves the city, learned the language and knows he's ojr future.

And yes, great match tonight!

Next season, I'd be happy to see him play in all La Liga and UCL matches, and leave the Copa to Bravo. Ter Stegen has been excellent lately, whilst Bravo isn't getting any younger. Also, Bravo is a bit more prone to positional mistakes imo and not as good in terms of distribution.

Catch with that is... I am not too sure if Bravo can maintain consistency if he got to play only so rarely

That's a valid concern, but I still feel like our priority should be Ter Stegen here. He's younger and arguably better already. Bravo could also play in supposedly easy matches or so, but I don't like goalkeeper rotation too much to be honest. I prefer to just use the better keeper most of the time, even in supposedly easy matches.

they should switch: La Liga for Mats, UCL/CDR for Bravo

Our priority should be winning and keeping two world class GK simply serves us right.Telling Bravo that he would only play 2-9 games per season is basically showing him the door.doubt he will ever agree such thing b4 next world cup
4 years ago what you are saying makes sense but right now having 2 GKs with such arrangement is the new trend and it has worked.Switch places (next year or after) and enjoy keeping both

No chance he leaves!

4 straight clean sheets to finish the season in games that were all finals!

The future is clearer and clearer! Next year Stevie boy to play the League and Bravo to take the CL.

Trading the roles would be the best for both keepers:

Stegen would get weekly gametime with La Liga. He would also be forced to learn Spanish more by playing constantly in Spanish games.

Bravo can play UCL matches where there is more pressure. He would be truly tested and we will see how well he can cope with pressure.

Ter Stegen's great save from Banega's free kick

Barçapocalypse NOW!
Great performance aside, I think the biggest improvement was his involvement and communication... For the first time in his stay, you could see him actively commanding the defense and showing character, and that's nothing but great news...

That comes with being given the reigns for the final few gams of La Liga thanks to the Bravo injury. I reckon if he didn't play those few games he would of let in a goal vs Sevilla having not played for over a month.
