The reverse Cesc it seems.
Another good game by him today!
He had a good game, but I think we shouldn't get carried away with saying he had a great game - simply because I believe the saves he made yesterday are those which we would expect him to make. What I mean is - if he let's those go, there would be criticism of him. So yes, he's back to at least saving the shots he should be saving, but to be honest I want to wait till the end of the season to judge whether he can be our starting keeper.
We need this kind of game to be his standard level (like De Gea, Neur, etc. all do), with him occasionally pulling a Alves or Varas type game where he makes some unbelievable saves and nothing can physically get past him. Sure, he can have an off-game or two like every human would, but I would like to see a lot more this season before we get very happy or very upset, either way.

Give me some examples of him not making saves he should make. How can he get "back to" making these saves when he was already making the obvious saves?
Wasn't it just a month back when he came in for severe criticism for hardly making any saves? (aside from the freezing, which is another issue altogether). He has been much better of late and hasn't made any mistakes for a few games now, but I am talking about a longer tenure; consistency is one of the main qualities you would look for in a keeper and that's why Bravo was so good here; not necessarily because of his exceptional skills but that he was pretty consistent and reliable; he performed at a very good level for most of the season. So we need to see if MATS can do that, before we declare him a success or failure, because even last year in the CL and copa, he was quite up and down.
