In football, all that matters is what you bring to the pitch. At the moment he really isn't good enough anymore, we shouldn't be sentimental and let him play. If that moment arrives, he should be replaced. That's why I think we should be looking for a good prospect to challenge VV and become our nr1 keeper. I'd say Tim Krul; young, athletic, has shown he is good at Newcastle and already surpassed Stekelenburg as Hollands nr1 goalie.
