Valdes has finally decided to join Monaco. Had already a pre-deal but there were clauses to break it. He'll earn 12M per season. [md]

We'll miss him. Great player. He and Puyi deserves a better last season that this.

Am I the only one thinking that Valdes is going to return to Barcelona in few years? I doubt he's gonna retire at Monaco.

Well, he will get 12m a year tax free. He'll be playing for a CL team too. Wouldn't be surprised if he spent the rest of his career at Monaco.

I can also see him moving to Man City in the future though.

The knee injury of Victor Valdes (32) didn't change the plans of Monaco. The Catalan goalkeeper will join Monaco this summer. [ff]
