Having a bad injury in one knee can cause the other knee to destabilise as well as it is taking more load than it should when running etc if your left knee didn't heal to full strength

\We have a very historically injury prone squad along with a ton of veterans so it probably isn't just the medical team (altho they have been responsible for many injuries)
