I love that photo and others not unlike it where you see fans in eager anticipation of seeing the one, the only, the Messiah...Few generate that kinda look, IMHO, and even fewer enjoy the kind of adulation and cult following that someone like he does...I lived in LA, seen & conversed with many big stars/personalities and I just never get star struck (Although I have an amusing Anna Kournikova story)...But I'd turn into an 8 year old if I saw Leo

Five years ago - Ronaldo will tell his grandchildren of the day he got to shake Leo Messi's hand. I find that pic quite extraordinary actually. For 16 years, from 1990-2006, Ronaldo and Zidane were considered to be in a league of their own. The thought of any player reaching that height was unthinkable, even with Henry and Ronaldinho making big claims to be part of it. Skip five years on and Messi eclipsed the both of them.
