I think those numbers, especially with Bican are very difficult to verify.
Kind of offtopic but why is Deak always considered inferiour to Puskas? I looked it up a while back and I think he had better numbers in Hungary than Psukas when they were active at the exact same time with Deak being a few years older.
Deak never had the opportunity to play in la liga but why is it so unrealistic that he would do similair as Puskas? the latter is considered to be one of the best strikers ever while Deak's numbers are shrugged off as just plenty of goals in an easy league.
I didnt know that, its a shame he was unable to play for them, it might have enhanced his legacy greatly.Actually Ferenc Deak was followed by several big clubs in Europe (one of them being FC Barcelona, it's on record) and his transfer to an italian club (think it was Juventus or Inter) fell through because of the turmoil at the time.
Another player that should be on that list is Fernando Peyroteo

Do you have source for these? I tried to look but couldn't find seasonal records.I think you should include Josef Biscan and Ferenc Deak even though the former played in what is equivalent to a sunday league during II world war and the later played in a ultra offensive league (average of 4-5 goals per game) during the transition years after world war II had ended.
Josef Biscan
