I hope he hasn't changed his diet after Pep left. I remember an article explaining how taking out red meat from his diet was helping him to not get injuries.

Nothing to do with diet, He suffered a muscle contusion, Just a few days are enough for him to recover.

It has a lot to do with the diet. There was an explanation of it on graham hunter's book:
"Messi’s diet would now include previously unknown quantities such as fish and vegetables and these changes in the way he maintains his body have made him leaner and stronger, less susceptible to injury and quicker to recover."

that sounds like such a myth, why other players or athletes don't implement that diet to their training so they don't worry anyomore about injuries?

?? It doesn't mean he CAN'T get injured, just that he gets injured a lot less. I'm sure some players have improved their diet too and got injured less afterwards, some players their diet isn't the problem.
