A lot of top players want to live in London if they are moving to the EPL.

That and the fact Chelsea are miles ahead of Man City just now and have the exact type of players that would suit Messi.

Chelsea will be vying for the CL, Man City are nowhere close and may be 4/5 years away and a lot of spending.

I doubt he wants to leave but to me Chelsea would be his choice ahead of City.

I hate the thought of him at Chelski, Arsenal with a new project could work but still it is best for him to stay at Barca.
Its not that far fetched though, Anto and Cesc's milf being bff's would be the main drive for a move towards London with the lack of support from the board/smear campaign/ failing board/lack of Barca succes (allthough I hope it will change in 2016 and Messi is an important factor for that) factor in as well.
